Worked there with all my might for quite a time, they never appreciated the work, took over their client's operations without any promotion and increment, blackmailed me during my last days at work for legal action on leaving their client. Managers harvest the fruit of hard work done by junior staff. Workplace is toxic, nobody in management listens to the issues

Work Details

Terrible, they do 2 year bonds, which is like a trap.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Appraisals are done fairly, involving team members, managers, and then senior management. We listen to our employees.
