Dont get fooled by the offer letter Lot of retaliation type petty childish culture by old timers You dont have a voice in this company. No scope for self development and new learning’s. All legacy code so you won’t really be learning or working on anything new. Appraisals and promotions are the worst as compared to any other company. Salary and benefits is way below the market standards for similar opportunities
