Job security is fine. It's like govt job if any remark or make mistakes happens management will suspend given memos or removed from job based on product losses effecting company. Work culture is very good. it's going GMP based processes first preference giving quality of products so working culture is good and doing happy. Management will help the workers understand the work process and encourage employees satisfaction. Company policies are very good they following low grade levels employee to heigh gread managers giving equal policies.
