Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. No promotion opportunity, currently going through transformation no one knew what's next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.
