Hello, It is unfortunate that you have felt this way. However, do share us your feedback at info@sankarnp.com so that we can see how to better the systems at our end. We would also like to inform that if the work that is being allocated is not completed, in any company the employee will have to work extra hard for some days to streamline the activities. However in the HR department, other than during payroll processing, the employees do not work more than the required timing and we are not strict about that at all. This is also being streamlined with the implementation of a proper HRMS software. Looking forward to your feedback so that we can implement the necessary corrective actions at our end.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
