I am satisfied with the skill development and learning opportunities that company has offered me. The company provides good opportunity to develop skills in the AI, ML, and Data Science domain, which is very demanding in current job market. The company culture is very open. The management and leadership team is easily available evenon weekends and late evening. If there is any issue, the management team helps resolve the issues. The annual increments are on time. Last time I got a double digit increment which is very good from industry prospective. The salary is on time. No unexplained deductions or delays in salary so far. Best part is Work Life Balance. No expectations to works on Weekend or after office hours. On several occasions, I got an opportunity to work from my home town without any leave deductions. Last year, when I decided to join Samartix.io, I had several apprehensions. I was not sure of the personal growth and financial aspects while working with the company. Before making the final decision, I decided to have a word with the management team member and discussed my doubts openly. Satisfied on the discussion, I decided to join the company. When I reflect back on my decision, I am extremely satisfied with my decision. 1. Easily approachable top leadership and management team is the biggest strength of the company. The decision makers are just a phone call or WhatsApp message away. I get an opportunity to resolve issues easily. 2. The organisation pays lots on attention to the employees. Such as timely salary payout, annual double digit increments, transparency in financial matters (Bonus and expenses). The team size is growing at an exponential pace but the HR practices are maturing at a linear pace. Therefore, in some areas the HR could perform better. I discussed the same with my friends. I realised that several early stage start-ups face such challenges. I noticed that the HR is trying to catchup the curve but more needs to be done to remain ahead of the curve.

All the position in this company are not same as there name.all position data analyst scientist all are teaching profile. They don't have a single project to work on. Salary appraisal and increment will be done after 1.5 year mostly no one can stay in this for this time duration. Handling by two immature founders. All the good reviews if any one is seeing all are done by company's old uncle members They will take down this review as well But you want to spoil your life join them Notice period is for 3 month If you leave early ,they will not provide your experience letter and remaining dues. No laptop is provided you have to manage own Salary structure is too less they give 2 to 4 lpa in between to every fresher and experienced They are just fooling all the universities and students on the name of Ai ml It's a coaching institute not any company. I have been working with Samatrix.io for the past 3 years. I am highly satisfied with the company 1. On-Time Salary - The salary date is 7th of every month. I received my salary on 7th of every month. Not a single instance when the salary was delayed. Helps me plan my finances accordingly 2. On-Time PF Deposit - Company has been deposited my PF in my account on time. No delays 3. Bonus - In my offer letter the company has promised me a fix bonus. So far I have received my bonuses regularly twice a year in Jan and July. I have not heard of any instance of bonus not paid for employees who have been continuing with the company. 4. On time appraisal - As per HR guidelines, I have been told when I will be eligible for my appraisal. I have received my appraisals twice without any followups. I received my appraisals on time. 5. Job Security - In three years, I have not faced any such issues. Once my feedback went down and there was a client escalation. At that time I was given 2 options. Either improve my feedback or I will be asked to leave. I worked on my issues and I have not faced any issues since then. 6. Skill Development - During my working hours, I am allocated time for my own development, enhance my skills, and learn new skills. I have been using the allocated time to enhance my skills. 7. Work Satisfaction - During my interview process, I was clearly told my job role and expectations. I signed up for the employment offer based on what I was told. There is no difference between what I am told earlier and what I am assigned. 8. Flexibility in Leaves - I have not faced any issues with my leaves. Yesterday, I had an interview on Zoom with Vishal Jain. Unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant. Vishal Jain joined the interview late, causing me to contact the HR department to remind him. Upon joining, he displayed a rude and dismissive attitude towards me, as if I were insignificant and lacked knowledge. He sounded irritated throughout the conversation and even abruptly ended the call when I asked a question. This behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. No one should be treated in such a manner during an interview. I urge the higher authorities to take notice of this incident. It's important for them to be aware of how their employees are representing the company during the hiring process. I would caution others against interviewing with this company if this is the level of professionalism they can expect.
