Support and operations function is full of politics. Folks are sitting in the organisation for ages and hire and fire new folks , as they are not ready to change for better. No proper training given initially it's self learning.. No job security for contractors, removed us all of the sudden, though there is a contract still which impacts ppl commitments Not satisfied with the overall experience 😕
