Dislikes

Management decision is not quit clear, They change there decision frequently to taking opinion from unclear kind of persons or who just join and didn't able to provide full time solution because he is new and need time to understand what's going on. Management fail to respect and retain loyal employees. Unnecessary problems created from management for any long term employee who is thinking for work life balance as a employee....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
