I had the misfortune of working at this law firm, and I must warn others about the toxic culture that pervades the entire organization. The constant criticism, micromanagement, and complete disregard for work-life balance made my experience utterly miserable. The counsel for disputes is particularly notorious for her appalling behavior towards juniors. She seems to take great pleasure in belittling and humiliating associates, often making snide comments and holding grudges. Her mantra, "if I don't have a life, no one else will," speaks volumes about her attitude towards her colleagues. What's even more disturbing is that the partner seems to turn a blind eye to her behavior, often taking her side and allowing her to continue her reign of terror. It's clear that the firm prioritizes her interests over the well-being of its employees. If you value your sanity and well-being, stay far, far away from this law firm.
