This company is a complete disaster. Not only is the work culture toxic, but the management also pressures employees to write good reviews, even when the experience has been far from positive. It feels forced, and it's clear they’re just trying to cover up how bad things really are. The micromanagement, lack of career growth, and unprofessional behavior from both HR and management are just the beginning. There’s no respect for employees, and it’s all about making quick decisions with no regard for people’s futures. I was forced to stay longer than I should have, struggling in a hostile work environment, and it became clear that the company is more focused on appearances than actual employee welfare.
