People, I was fortunate to get good friends and colleagues.

Dislikes

Top management lacked necessary involvement with individual employee. They fired lot of people during crucial times like COVID. Job security is something u should never expect here . The firing was also based on poor judgements. Sometimes people understanding is needed rather than mere records to judge a resource . And saggezza s top management is very poor in judging resources.

Work Details

Overall experience is bad . Even if u are going to provide value , they won't recognize it. At the same time recognize people whom they like coz of same language and hometowns . And no benefits ,team.outings are just some buffet once in 6 months.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
