I observed in this organization- management treatment to Employees is very well in every circumstance.

My Company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely ,also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for there efforts. Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HE Department and well organized laboratories with employee safety arrangements And there are many such good things but these are major points.
