I would like rate a Good/decent for acronym "RRR" (Renumeration, Recognition, Rewards). The Project Managers are very focus on team work/building rather than Individual's Interest. The changes of travelling on B-visa are very limited during Covid/Post Covid than Pre-Covid

Work Details

Bookkeeping and review of Fianancial statements. IF work permits, we have to strech extra hours during Tax busy season. I closely work with client contact during deliverables as per SLAs/MOU.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company I ever seen in my 10 years IT experience. It wont even behave like a IT company. There are many problems related to how they treet an employee. Being the company from a non IT background they dont know how to value, respect and treat an employee.

Company Higher Management is the only thing good here. But I think that is also going away day by day. Company is ok ok place to work if you are starting your career as a fresher. If you want to ait idle and get no work than best company for you. Sentrifugo is the only project that you get to work in if you are a fresher. By the waythis time they are working on version 3. Company doesn't have many projects.(2-3 max) If you are joining the company as a fresher there is a high chance that you need to sit on bench for a very long period. Company is hiring a lot many interns and firing the existing employees. The same thing might happen to the Interns in the coming months. Pay is very less. Hr's here are having bossy attitude.
