Working for Saasvaap for over 2 year's, the work culture was exceptional and I never felt like I was working in an office. From the CEO on, everyone who works at the company is accessible and down to earth. "Amazing work-life balance and excellent benefits. The management team seems to care a lot about the employees. 1. They wont pay the salary offered during interview 2. Salary Delay (Their salary date is 10th of every month. But usually employees will get the salary only on 10th of next month) 3. HR dept - no use. They are there to mark only attendance & recruit new people by giving false promise. 4. Wor st top level management</mark> 5. No good projects to work on. They are mostly working on some local projects. 6. Not at all an employee friendly company 7. CEO - the biggest failure 8. Formal dress code. CEO still believes wearing formals bring projects to the company. 9. No PF, insurance, benefits 10. No salary increment.
