About work culture , I don't feel like working in a office , felt more like a family. Got a good team within the organization. Even the management team , they are really linked to each and every member inside the company

The only thing I felt is missing the onsite opportunities and I hope the same will be taken care soon.

Got chances to be part of the whole project ..like from scratch till its deployment . And then got opportunities to develop applications in various domains and options and the client exposure I got was really helpful in building myself.

1. They wont pay the salary offered during interview 2. Salary Delay (Their salary date is 10th of every month. But usually employees will get the salary only on 10th of next month) 3. HR dept - no use. They are there to mark only attendance & recruit new people by giving false promise. 4. Worst top level management 5. No good projects to work on. They are mostly working on some local projects. 6. Not at all an employee friendly company 7. CEO - the biggest failure 8. Formal dress code. i was offered a job in a specific area, emails after i joined confirmed that role. and within a few weeks i have been moved into an area that does not align with the initial offer. this is cheating on the face.
