This company has been conducting layoffs since October 2023, forcing employees to resign. Employees are required to exit within a day, though they are paid for the next two months. Only those who engage in favoritism are appreciated. The AVP - Technical spends the entire day playing Candy Crush and Teen Patti, and during layoffs, he ensures job security only for employees from Bihar. The AGM - Technical has no idea what his team is working on. He spends most of his time socializing with his friends in the office instead of focusing on building quality products. His solutions are always makeshift fixes (jugaad), and he lacks knowledge of coding best practices. Although this company claims to be CMMI Level 5, it does not follow any proper processes. There is no real learning opportunity here—whatever skills you have, you may end up forgetting. HR and Marketing team lead need to upgrade their skills...Read More
