Worst Company. There are lot of politics. They not even give you proper Full and Final settlement. If you get the offer from this company better to reject the offer and search for another company if you have any alternate offer. Even if you dont have offer may be it will take 1 to 2 more months to get some another offer but better to go to some other company instead of choosing this(Dont waste your time). There is also micro management in this company. Company culture is quite ok. All the employees are polite in nature and soft spoken. I get to travel to different parts of the country which is a good thing.

In Dhanush Infotech, I personally feel that there is no career growth especially when you join as a fresher. They kind of waste your knowledge by giving you unnecessary tasks. Company policies are the worst. They never stick to their commitment so they are not trustworthy at all. They say one thing and do another. Employee's potential is exploited here. You won't even get a good salary, let alone perks and benefits. By good salary I mean that you won't be getting the salary which you and the company had agreed upon. There is no management. If you have any queries, you keep on writing mails again and again but you won't get any reply from them.
