The balance of work/life totally depends on client. However, inspite of work from office mandate, we are getting to work from home which is nice. I have also gotten to very good leader as well.

Dislikes

They absolutely suck when it comes to standing up for their employees. They totally care about their clients’ billable issues over their resources’ well being.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
