Although its project specific but pathetic WLB. Middle management spineless. Consider Client as God..dont even have courage to ask client to move a call scheduled on friday late night.

Company has good policies. R&R are given every month and are genuine. One can join saama if he/she want to stay for long while also, job security is there. Decent salary hikes are given. Career growth majorly depends on the project you're working.

Dislikes

Extended working hours at times. Project management need to improve and should have realistic timeliness.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
