Good work life balance depending on project to project. Company doesn't believe in hire and fire and does try to find project honestly if a project ends. Salary offered at the start will be competitive but through years of appraisal it may not match market standard.

Dislikes

There are huge changes in leadership in last couple of months. With external investment comming in you may see new names in leadership chain. Appraisal cycle can be delayed sometime. You will not have much to say in appraisal percentage and will have to accept it and go forward.
