A lot of learning opportunities and resources provided by the company.

Dislikes

Less time being spent by colleagues and buddies to educate a new recruit. Almost everything has to be self learnt which makes it harder to become a contributer on the project for a long time.

Salary is decent.Due to bulk hiring support team is overwhelmed with work. There is a notice period of 3 months. Internal role changes are also extremely difficult. Overall culture is good but depends on manager.

Saama is an employee friendly organisation. Higher management is approachable. It is very good company for freshers to start.

Dislikes

Nothing much. Just a little bit of politics & favoritism that is there in every organisation.

No such good experience. Few teammates were really good but management was worst so no use having good teammates.

Dislikes

Management is terrible. There is visible partiality and favouritism. No vision in any projects undertaken. Expectations from resources are out of the roof and time to achieve the goal is very less than what required. No project planning done. I will never suggest this company to anyone. Waste of precious years of career. Managers donot know how to speak to resources and tend to belittle the people who work hard and favour the few with awards and new opportunities. The only good thing about Saama is .. you don't need to follow 8 hrs compulsory timings..

Dislikes

Everything...Company is full of low level politics(You can't even imagine) and partiality.. doesn't give increments to employees. Manager uses his power in very worst way..Many more things.. Joining Saama is nothing but waste of career..

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
