Firing every day and freely. Managers are not great and lack basic understanding by staying here for long time have become managers, no skills. Lacks planning and only firing is regular. Ask anyone who has worked here

I have been working with V-Soft for past 3 years and joined as a fresher. Great leadership team. Recruiting manager and leads are always available to help to reach targets. If you want to satisfy work wise and financially, this is the best place.

Lot of politics In notice period, my personal experience was sacked suddenly. Even people are sacked without any notice If you are having committements do not join and ask whose place you are there as replacement One word- Joker management don't know anything
