Lot of politics In notice period, my personal experience was sacked suddenly. Even people are sacked without any notice If you are having committements do not join and ask whose place you are there as replacement One word- Joker management don't know anything

Firing every day and freely. Managers are not great and lack basic understanding by staying here for long time have become managers, no skills. Lacks planning and only firing is regular. Ask anyone who has worked here

Vsoft consulting basically staffing agency, recruiting skilled persons and placing to multiple companies. Sometimes few resources will be work with V-soft payrolls and good thing is many of the resources will be permanently placing to MNC's. Good pay.

Dislikes

Not properly discloser of project timelines(end of project). sometimes immediately not allocated any projects, during this time (bench period) no pay. During onboarding time they will not disclose about bench period and pay. SOme management team is not employee favor.

No Job Security at all In the morning you will be working there and by the time you reach home you will get an email from HR today was you last working day.. And this is for their permanent employees They will change the appraisal policy as per their need an in the month of June just to disqualify new Joiners. Worst company ever..
