I really liked the flexible work shift timings, You just need to complete your 8.5 working hours. Some employees come at 9:30, some at 10:00 am or some at 10:30. So they are very flexible, Just need to complete your 8.5 working Hours. Otherwise in other companies, I've seen that If you're 10 min late, then it will be marked as a Halfday but here in SV Global Designs, Flexible working hours policy is the only policy that I really like. Every Wednesday, Company provides snacks such as Pizzas, Burgers, momos, or chilley potatoes. Every Saturday, Company provide Team lunch....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
