Company frauds their employees about PF. They submit rs.60 as PF though my salary was 15000. No job security. Boss comments on personal life, like why did you go that restaurant? Why do you eat chicken and mutton? Why are wasting your time on your girlfriend? No job security at all. The y force employees to leave the company by misbehaving and use slang to humiliate them. Even doesn't give salary for last two months if they want to throw you out. It's their pre-planned method and more than 6 employees are cheated like this. Company boss is sick, dumb head old man who always make wrong decisions and put blame on others. Also tries to make employees fight with each other by complaining about another employee and vice versa. Don't expect promotion. Don't expect bonus....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
