my seniors are open to sharing strategies. there are constant training programs and discussions. during this WFH period, we received sufficient thorough training. which has eased into our insecurities an anxieties. the planning was done well in advance keeping. we were involved in the decision making process.

Dislikes

considering my home is too far from work( 4 hours a day min for commute), my work life balance was thrown off. but with my time management skills, i eventually found a way to bring out a balance. if the organization had bonuses, it would be more motivating

Work Details

a special educator job at SPJ Sadhana involves group training, writing qualitative term end assessments, planning lessons, making teaching aids , meetings and discussions with class parents, documentation, attending staff training programs ( in -school)

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
