Very good school with good facility for students to learn but the new management has changed everything because of which they don't have money to give salary.

Dislikes

Management and the new sister who's name is Sister pratibha who feels the employee are donkeys so she makes us just work and doesn't pay money. She wants everyone to work in charity.

Likes

my seniors are open to sharing strategies. there are constant training programs and discussions. during this WFH period, we received sufficient thorough training. which has eased into our insecurities an anxieties. the planning was done well in advance keeping. we were involved in the decision making process.

Dislikes

considering my home is too far from work( 4 hours a day min for commute), my work life balance was thrown off. but with my time management skills, i eventually found a way to bring out a balance. if the organization had bonuses, it would be more motivating
