The management has been very supportive since the beginning of the covid lockdown. I worked with the company for 4 months during the lockdown and the management was so understand about having flexible work timings. Also, we were given expense to buy electronics for uninterrupted working from home.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities in terms of promotion is slow due to saturation at the senior level.

Work life is very convenient for anyone working at Trucost. The team is very helpful at any stage of the transition or in the project. The team is close knit.
