Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Preparing for Data Researcher Post.

If your qualification meets the criteria, the next thing is to prove your stability if hired.

If you are planning to takr a job for a year only, I will strongly recommend not to apply as it impacts the Organization financially and also the Candidate loses credibility.

Another important piece a candidate should always ask during the interview is the type of work they are gonna do if selected for the given role. It is very important as companies are investing a lot on training for good months and later if a candidate is not able to connect with work, it is a huge cost a company bears due to attrition.

Ensure that you are able to prove that you can perform even under work pressure. Your patience level will be checked.

For freshers, first few years always goes in proving your capabilities irrespective of the Organization you are in, so sit with that open mindset and genuily ask yourself if your are ready for putting that effort or not.

Finally, do not consider interview as a interview however rather take it as a discussion wherein both the parties try to know each other better before reaching to a conclusion.
