Could easily blend with the team and everyone treats you with respect. Have full of opportunities to present your idea and speak up your thoughts. Leaders are also pretty much approachable. Leaves are granted No questions asked. 39 leaves in an years apart from public holidays that sums up work life balance in RYAN

Dislikes

HR group is not responsive. Sometimes takes lot of time to even solve small problems and respond very lately. Salary compared to peers is not at par and is at lower side. Bonus and Incentives are also less comparatively

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
