It is definitely a great company for freshers to start their career specifically in taxation. The Company gives enough scope to the associates to extend their physical and mental efforts to the maximum extent but the associate shouldn't expect anything in return for his/her efforts. He/She just need to hold their patience until they are rewarded for their efforts.

The Work-Life Balance depends upon the team which we are part of and it is highly challenging to maintain work-life balance by working in my current team(Transaction Tax Compliance Services-TTCS). The Team which I work is highly dynamic and the process-related changes occur very frequently and there is no proper scrutinizing of any Tool/Application/Change before launching it or discontinuing it. 1. No Proper Management by the managers at ground level. 2. Same Monotonous Task and this is every month many people are occupied with so much of Volume on their shoulder they are unable to focus on Skills and growth. 3.
