Dislikes

Employees are not paid as per their skillset & value of work they are doing. Also, bringing on new projects/clients with lack of on time hiring for additional resource creates a work pressure for existing employees. Suggest to plan & keep the trained resource ahead of bringing on additional work to the team.

At Ryan, the work culture is really good! Also the work environment is very safe and secure for all the employees and company is concentrating on being as flexible as possible!

I would not say dislike, but a small drawback is the appraisal and hike percentages! It is almost rare that we get a good percentage of hike! But company is trying to match the market expectations, but can do better!
