Company treat it's employees like their family which shows the culture.

Few Teams are not worth joining at all as they are very partial and biased about everything and also they do not have that confidence on themselves so they blame juniors for everything even after juniors giving their 100% efforts. They could never get satisfied with the work!!

I believe Ryan can improve their approach in salary and benefits and provide their employees with competetive salary advantage to avoid attrition. While the work we do in Ryan is highly valued and critical I think the scope of work given to the team members can be expanded and to open new opportunities. It's a very nice company with some good leaders and some amazing policies such as leaves, maternity and paternity leave, hybrid work environment, 2 way cab facility, extra payment for overtime.

Dislikes

There is nothing that I dislike about Ryan i guess it's an overall culture in corporates with regards to playing favorites and politics. If this can be stopped at a root cause where some members try to dominate others or shadow others then it's the best organisation. Fair and equal chance to all team members gives motivation to perform better.

As here everything is good, I feel like my second home even after living thousands of KMs apart from my hometown. If we ignore some flaws then everything is perfect.

No organization is perfect I believe, there are some minor flaws which we can ignore.
