Ryan has good work life balance.

Dislikes

Partiality based on region, it is a Telugu intense corporate with less tolerance to lateral hires and people from other states. There is this superiority complex from US executive management. In my process, India Director is not at all competent for the role.

Organization is very flexible in providing various option such as flexible shift timings and the best part was the amount which each one of us has received for procuring the office equipment at home. We don't have any limitation of choice of equipment with this amount which is awesome. We are really thankful for the support which our CEO has provided during this tough time.

Dislikes

We see Ryan is re-hiring individuals who have left the firm earlier with up-gradation of the position as well as Salary which is great for those individuals who have explored option outside. However, firm should also focus on retaining the existing employee and should look forward to at least match the salaries of the employees who has been continued in Ryan.
