They have branches in different States so I liked to communicate with different types and different cultured peoples.

I like their Social activity funda but I don't like that they are doing that social activity for the showcase. and not giving payment on time, always showing the company in loss condition. The previous management team was good but the current management team is so horrible, very poor management I have seen ever, very poor politics are playing. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
