Ruralshores will never allow a person to work as per SOP explained at the time of interview, They don't want qualified professionals, They don't want persons who works sincerely as per company Norms All the Management people are corrupted and they work for bribe. If any employee working sincerely means, they'll lose their bribe, so the employee will be removed without any proper reasons and procedures. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
