1)Monitor, evaluate & score inbound calls against established quality assurance instruments and standards. 2)Supports and business goals, quality standards, processes and policies. 3)Provide timely reports on a daily, monthly on call Quality.°1.Provide performance expectations, action plans to improve call quality. 2.Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills 3.Participate in calibration sessions°
