There are many things to learn I.e PowerPoint, basic ethics etc

There is no growth opportunities for hard working employees. Management should work on that part to hold the old employees and give the good salaries.

Only one thing ... It was very near to my place.

Poor management, infrastructure was pathetic, no proper admin and HR department, overall it's not a good place to stick with the organization.
