Micromanagement. All employees should full timesheet every half an hour, which is very controlling and irritating. Taking 5 mins breaks are frowned upon. Company does not care about the employee's well being, they just want the work to be done. They grant leaves, but expect the employee to work for at least 3hrs on leave day. North Indian Partner favours north Indians, and South Indian partner favours South Indian employees. Maximum of 5% yearly appraisal. IT and Admin team will suck your life. RSM, Surat is the only one consulting firm where you will not get laptop for your work at client side. You have to use your personal laptop. You will not get mail id also. Company has the policy to provide common mail id after 3 months. RSM stand at 6th position in top 10 audit firms there is no basic facilities. Here you will get 11 inch desktop (if only after anyone left from RSM ) where you can't read mail also. Very low salary as compare to other audit firms. You will get only RSM brand.
