Micromanagement. All employees should full timesheet every half an hour, which is very controlling and irritating. Taking 5 mins breaks are frowned upon. Company does not care about the employee's well being, they just want the work to be done. They grant leaves, but expect the employee to work for at least 3hrs on leave day. North Indian Partner favours north Indians, and South Indian partner favours South Indian employees. Maximum of 5% yearly appraisal. IT and Admin team will suck your life. Even though RSM is a competitor of the Big 4 but it not remotely close to the facilities that is provided by the latter. Those who have worked with the Big4 before will have a hard time adjusting to the school-like work culture.
