My senior were supportive but my HOD was a very rude and aggressive man. He don't know how to talk to his employees. He talks like we are his servent. He has created a atmosphere of fear in the office.

Payroll is quite less. Top level management does not care about their employees. They do not even compensate for late sittings. Work from home employees are paid less. And also they have fixed that a employee may get only 2 times coffee or chai a day and that too at specific times.

I really didn't enjoyed working at RSM. A man works for money and experience but here you can only get one thing that is experience at low pay.
