The HR policies of the company are not great, especially those related to payroll, leave encashment, processing of your full and final settlement, etc. The HR are not cooperative.

Good clarity onn my work and understanding colleagues and seniors. I have worked on large projects and there is no such thing that you are junior or senior. If you show initiative can even speak with Head of Departments. Salaries are always on time and clients have been for long time and even treat newcomer like me with respects.

You will get some time pass activities to keep your brain wash. Flexible timing. (Some staff are coming at 11:30 am and sleeping up to 10 pm.)

RSM, Surat is the only one consulting firm where you will not get laptop for your work at client side. You have to use your personal laptop. You will not get mail id also. Company has the policy to provide common mail id after 3 months. RSM stand at 6th position in top 10 audit firms there is no basic facilities. Here you will get 11 inch desktop (if only after anyone left from RSM ) where you can't read mail also. Very low salary as compare to other audit firms. You will get only RSM brand. No body will have any work all they do is just give build up that every body is busy. You will become use less if you work for more than an year. Free liquor during parties thats the most thing they care about.

Every body around you are well trained to betray you especially in the IT department. I believe that comes from the IT leadership. Most hopeless,incapable,untrustworthy IT leadership. The direct tax work is very good and my seniors are very helpful. Firm is very fast growing and we get to work on very diverse type of clients and assignments. Got to work on due diligence and tax assessments matter for listed company
