Explored a lot on the part of work since here an employee is paid for one designation but he/she has to do the work of all segment. This company exploits the quality of an employee to the fullest and doesn't pay off for that.

Dislikes

Its a mistake to join this company. The owner fools the staff by crying on their face and gain sympathy as an excuse of exploitation on the part of work load and doesn't follow any ethics. Terminates the employees without reason and even do not pay off the remuneration and full and final settl ement</mark>. Even doesn't return the amount taken as personal help like flight ticket of his son. Harassment is too much in this company. Total fake and dishonest person. Only fake promises are made and once work is done, they just kick off and hide their face. Overtime from employee is the regular demand but they don't take any kind of pain for even the female staff whether its 9 pm at night. If some day you say i am getting late as its 8 pm, you are given some negative comments by the owner and his wife. Work Details

I just for Admin position and gradually they asked me to take care of HR then operation and procurement of textile segment, again merged marketing as well. All work to be carried on by just a single employee but remuneration remains the same.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
