Its an excellent place to work. With lots of opportunities and a great working culture. Appraisal are fair with a supportive feedback system.

Dislikes

There were few but in recent years corrective actions are taken.

Work Details

Since I am working on multiple projects and with multiple teams. The work life balance needs correction some times. But the teams are well scheduled and trained to have a perfect work life balance.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
