The best thing about Rolta is it has Gods blessing. A beautiful temple is present in the premises. We surely work hard in life but unless Almighty blessing is there one cannot balance life and be truly happy.

Higher management of IT specially GAUTAM HARSHE is an unprofessional unethical and worst human, being a director he thinks himself to be owner or godfather of the organisation.....worst management and worst experience....not recommended to join in anyfield in this organisation....they also dont give salaries and eat salaries of employees of 2 to 3 months while leaving....delayed salaries if u have backup money wid u to sustain 2 to 3 months and dont want any experience letter u can join this.... I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
