It has been a year now that i have left rolta still they have not done fnf settlement. They keep salary stagnated for sometimes more than a month. Keep false promises and cheat employees.

Lots of politics. Few managers in Hyderabad appoint their family members in the company who will pamper them and managers protect them from all bad situations no equality at all. Attention seeking managers don't give a good salary and every weekend they will expect you to work without comp off or extra salary. Good for freshers to learn but not for experienced. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
