Rolls Royce or rolls and rice is probably the worst company that I have ever seen in my life, the British function is probably racist to its bones. They are more accustomed to Pakistani muslims and therefore, hindu Indian is a strict problem with them.

The company racist culture. I will say a incident, it was cold and I wound up my arms around myself, but the british were beginning to lecture me on standing manners, when they get caught with their pants down with colleagues at the work place.

Brand name of the company which attracts the candidates. It’s not great like other companies. (Never join accounts receivable department)

Dislikes

Micro management and no support from seniors management, the environment is like the company is owned by Team Lead or Manager and a lot politics which will ruin the candidate mental state. Terminating employees on spot for being late by 2-3 minutes even.
