Company culture , have to work with management you cannot ask any questions about management, but corporate is about not asking questions and doing their requirements, but this company is not corporate so, small private limited, too much pressure for less salary

For fresher it is ok. If we have no other go we shall join this company but for experiece it is not the right place.

Rules and policies are created on spot of an issue.And polices change according to person to person.Rules are never commonly followed.Never have recognition to our work

It was really excellent working Rnd, one who performs well with in 3 months they can request for work from home, same happened for me just 3 months I went to office, for the past 9 months I was doing work from home.. but remember u should b 100% in all aspects, only then they will let u continue. It was great.

Team leaders with no knowledge to handle the team and develop the team. Not all but few. Politics mostly if complaint any about the this to management they says will take action the action immediately and very soon they will change the team. 😄😄Funny
