My only suggession is to keep this Company as in last option who is looking for any kind of job in any company to surivive monthly expenses. Especially for Mid level positions like Project Manager it's very dangerous. They do Hire when they get project and fire when the project gets ramp down. Lot of internal politics by AGM leads. HR doesn't bother associate concerns. They only follow what Operations team say. Being an HR they must do the proper verification when associate is leaving organisation for which reason associate leaving organisation and how can we retain....Read More
