Please don’t join this company if you want to have work life balance and mental peace. For me, Health comes first than job.

1. No work life balance and transparency from higher management. Toxic work culture and favouritism and bias towards few employee's 2. Sr. Managers can’t absorb pressure from client, as soon as they hear any escalation they jump on Manager's, Project Managers and pressure them for output. 3. HR team does not have their own way of working, they run the show as per Program managers wish. 4. HR doesn’t conduct skip level meetings with team, TL’s on any escalation on Managers. 5. General shift timings, 9am to 6pm, however it goes upto 9pm and sometimes 10pm on every Tuesday and Thursday because of client meeting's. Inspite of that no flexible hours for next day atleast. 6. I have been working for the last 10 years and suddenly,I m being told to resign and look for opportunities elsewhere ,This is the first time I m experiencing something like this in my life,As far as I know ,RMSI is one of the best place of the work.

You get personally attached to the people you work there. But professionally I won't recommend to hang in here for long. Just get a raise in you salary and move on from here.

There is no work life balance. The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

We have 2 shifts Morning and Evening, Every shifts having on 45mins Break time only this main disadvantage to employees and no more hikes, No More leaves approved when You have urgent works. Work Pressure also more from Management Team.

Evining shift teams are very friendly and supportive compared to morning shift, I suggest to choose evining shift for healthy lifestyle and work.

Middle level employees like Team leads, APM's are not supportive and always test employees patients level with more targets and don't allow employees to take leaves even employee have more than 10 leave balance.

1. There is no planning to get good quality. They are believe in only production and least bother on Quality especially in Dehradun office and project is related to AI. They hire 2k to 3 k in 2 to 3 months and contractual bases to reach only production not in Quality. This make Customer take back there work.

This company fire people even before confirming them after hiring . Then they hire new people and fire them before six months without confirming them. They are playing people's future. No growth available in this company.
