I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. There are multiple things I like about working here. I'm part of the design team and some points may reflect the respective perspective. To summarise, in order of personal importance; 1. I highly value the trust and honesty in my relationships with my manager and team members. It's a bonus to me that I can be transparent and align my work with my principles. 2. I like how our team welcomes criticism constructively. Driven by open and fun communication that aims at either growing the team or the individual. ALWAYS. 3. I like the emphasis on results over long hours. Our leadership encourages smart work, promoting autonomy and efficiency. There is a downside to this; that I will get to eventually. 4. 1. By promoting autonomy in a remote work environment, I believe that the leadership tolerance for slackers should come down.
